Hiren Shah is the Founder & Chairman of Vertoz. He is a true marketing and business development visionary with over fifteen years of experience in the digital industry. He, along with his brother Ashish, carries a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building and motivating high performing teams.
Hiren is responsible for the external matters of Vertoz; building partnerships and broader business relationships, Government outreach and guiding other senior leaders on the business and policy fronts. His strong experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for the company makes him one of the chief architects behind the success of Vertoz.
Founder and CEO
As Vertoz’s Founder & CEO, Ashish is responsible for the leadership and direction of the company. He looks after the day-to-day operations, as well as leads the company’s product development and technology strategy.
For Ashish, the greatest reward is the daily thrill of working with a team that shares the same core values as him. He equips Vertoz with his profound technical knowledge of the digital industry, a keen eye for business, and an unquenchable craving for growth.
Ashish spearheads the company’s strategic vision and growth in providing state-of-the-art services.
Sr. Director – Engineering
Satyaprakash Mishra or SP as fondly addressed here, spearheads the Technology & Systems Infrastructure at Vertoz along with one of its entities – IngeniousPlex. With over 13 years of exhaustive experience in IT industry and 10+ years in Product Development for Digital Advertising industry, he truly adds compelling value to the organization. His core expertise and interest lies in Machine Learning and Data Analysis.
Business Head – AdExchange
Gaurav is a part of the wonderful Business Development Team here at Vertoz. He brings enormous value to the organization, with his exhaustive work experience of 10+ years in the ad-tech industry.
He has been associated with Vertoz since the time of its inception and has helped build the entire business from ground zero. He is passionate about closing new business deals smoothly, thereby bringing in tremendous growth for the organization.
Throughout the span of his career, he has had the opportunities to network with the industry experts and to be the face of his organization at various international conferences. His forte lies in business development, client servicing, video ads, search and contextual business and social media ads.
Before joining Vertoz, he had been associated with organizations like Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). At HUL, he worked with well-established and global brands and helped them to onboard multiple clients in a short period of 5 months. He has always strived to overachieve his targets and has found success with it.
Apart from his work, he is most likely to be found playing cricket on the field or enjoying a live game in a stadium. He is also an avid reader and a zealous explorer.
Business Head – MADTech Cloud
Sonia has 10+ years of work experience in the field of Ad Sales. She works as a business development professional in digital media. Her extensive hands-on work experience at the publisher side and ad network side has given her the edge of understanding the digital ecosystem.
She has worked with top brands & publishers across categories including Consumer Banking/Finance, E-Commerce, Automotive, Technology, Travel, and B2B. She has played an instrumental role in helping companies like ESPN Cricinfo and DGTL Media Pvt Ltd to scale new heights. She has worked with clients such as Mindshare, Interactive Avenues, Madison Media, Lifestyle, Mondelez, Star TV, Future Group, Tata Motors, HSBC bank, LIC, Commonfloor, SBI, and so on.
At Vertoz, she takes care of the strategic initiatives involving direct publishers and clients. She strongly believes in knowledge sharing & collaboration and is passionate about working in the digital space. During her leisure time, she enjoys indulging in activities like music, theatre, playing guitar and adventure sports.
Publisher Development Head
With a decade-long immersion in Sales & Operations, Ashish brings a wealth of startup expertise to Team Vertoz. His impactful journey includes pivotal roles at OYORooms, MX Player, and Mitron Tv Pvt Ltd, reflecting his proficiency in end-to-end client onboarding and adept team management. Ashish’s seasoned experience shines as a driving force within Vertoz, contributing significantly to the company’s Sales & Operations accomplishments.
